God is opening doors for Clarity in Action Ministries and we couldn’t be more excited! We invite you to join us in ministry with financial gifts and prayer.
Here’s what’s happening:
- April 16-18: We set up our display and made ourselves available to the Iowa Association of Regular Baptist Churches.
- April 26-27: We set up our display and connected with camp counselors in training at Iowa Regular Baptist Camp in Ventura, IA.
- We are in the process of collaborating with Christian Chaplains and Coaching. They will offer our Biblical Victim Care Course to seminaries and universities on a national level. We will also have the opportunity to present our ministry at their annual conference in August. To learn more, click on this link.
- Our Victim Care Fund is ready for donations. A percentage of your gift to Clarity in Action Ministries may be used to provide for victims through a qualified church. If you would like to donate specifically to this fund, designate your gift, “Victim Care Fund,” and 100% of your gift will go toward that end.
- After consideration and prayer, we have settled on travel fees for Light in the Darkness Training. We want to offer the training without an honorarium for our speakers, but need to be financially diligent. For that reason, scholarships are needed. If you would like to donate specifically for church training, please designate that with your gift. You can request training for your church here.
In a recent evaluation following Light in the Darkness training, one pastor said, “This showed me how little I really know about abuse and I was right to be cautious engaging any incidents involving abuse without at least some information.”
